SPARSH has observed that besides all other disorders expanding in society, Interpersonal issues are like silent poisons which are ignored knowingly and if it will remain same it will going to effects to coming generations too. IR refer to difficulties or challenges that individuals experience in their relationships with others. These issues can arise due to various factors, such as communication problems, conflicts, trust issues, or difficulties in establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries. Interpersonal issues can significantly impact a person's emotional well-being and quality of life. Here are some common symptoms and therapy approaches for addressing interpersonal issues:
During a manic episode, an individual experiences an elevated or irritable mood, increased energy levels, and a heightened sense of self-esteem. They may engage in impulsive behaviours, have racing thoughts, exhibit talkativeness, and experience a decreased need for sleep. Manic episodes can be severe and disruptive to daily life.
A hypomanic episode is similar to a manic episode but less severe. It involves a noticeable change in mood, increased energy, and productivity. While it may feel positive to the person experiencing it, hypomania can still have negative consequences and impact their functioning.
During a depressive episode, a person experiences persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest in activities they once enjoyed. They may have difficulty concentrating, experience changes in appetite and sleep patterns, and may have thoughts of self-harm or suicide.
